I was awarded a Metropolitan Regional Arts Commission Next Step grant to move and properly outfit a new studio. So far I have moved out of my old, small studio and relocated to my new big studio. I am working on insulating and heating the space and getting proper ventilation before I start making new big works. Hooray! Soon I will have heat in my new studio (as you can see from the trench with piping for gas and electric). A must in Minnesota.
