Bringing in the new year with a show at my neighborhood gallery par excellence: Yeah Maybe. Swing by to see some new art of mine using bright technology (and, well, some not using technology, as usual) and eat some soup. The opening is Saturday 1/20 from 6-11pm and there is an artist talk on Sunday 1/21 from 3-5pm.
The address is: 2528 E 22nd St, Minneapolis, MN 55406. The main gallery space is a duplex home that gets converted into a gallery once a month. There is art and performances on the ground floor and the second floor. In order to enter the ground floor gallery there are 2 steps leading up to a small porch on the side of the house and an additional step up to enter the main floor gallery space. There is a gender-together bathroom on the main floor of the gallery. The upstairs is accessed by stepping over a threshold (that leads to a basement) and then going up a flight of steep wooden stairs. There is also a gender-together bathroom upstairs.
