Norris Lecture: Aren Z. Aizura and Emmett Ramstad, “Ungilting the Gold Star Gay.” The talk focuses on the late Sam Steward, a celebrated tattoo artist during the 1950s and 60s and photographer, professor, and pornographer who worked with Alfred Kinsey’s Institute for Sex Research. A reception will follow in the Gardiner Art Gallery .The event is free and open to the public.
